Quindim (Brazilian Sweet)

This is an awesome sweet traditional from Brazil.
Here is how to make it:

1/2 kg of fine sugar 
1 1 / 2 cup of water
2 tablespoon of butter
16 egg yolk
1 cup grated coconut

How to:
1) Add the sugar in water. 
2) Keep stearing while cooking until it became a syrup. 
3) Remove the syrup from the fire, and still hot, add two tablespoons of butter and mix well. 
4) Wait it cool down then add egg yolks and coconut, mixing it well with a wooden spoon. 
5) Pour it into aluminium form, coated with butter and sprinkled with sugar. 
6) Put it in the oven (110°C) in bain-marie for 50 minutes. 7) Take it out and let it cool down. Let me know! ;)
